3.5 stars. Michael was adorable. The relationship and the story wrap up a little too easily and perfectly for me, but it was a cute, short, easy, holiday read.
3.25*A must read for fans of Scarcity! It is sweet and touching and sad, and a lot like a fairy take, with OTT villain and understanding loving perfect family...great and understanding lover. My only niggle was Tommy is 21 yet already a degree in psychology and sociology and been working for a year ?
*whine*I want more...Tommy deserves more! I really love these characters and really wish this were even just a little bit longer. It was all too rushed especially since there are actually two plots - one for Tommy & Daniel and one for Gom - and neither was as developed as I would have liked. :(
2.5 stars Dialogue was my biggest issue. Story wasn't bad and I liked the MC's. However, I just don't think people talk with such naked honesty all the time. Understanding and compassion are wonderful things but people aren't only ever understanding and compassionate with a little anger thrown in.
