This book just dragged on for me. How many misunderstandings between the main characters can you really have in one book? It was so tiring and predictable. I didn't hate this book but I certainly didn't love it either. It was just okay.

This book was almost a wallbanger. The historical inaccuracies, the modern attitude of characters completely deterred me from enjoying this book. This is really a modern romance novel masquerading as a historical.
