A very good book of poetry. Some are funny. Some are sad. Some are rather morbid. But they all have that unique quality that runs through all of Silverstein's poetry. Well-written and thought-provoking.
Love, love Poems. It could work with any grade level. I would use this book of poems with several different lessons. most how a poem can be structured.
