Characters wandering about the landscape, sometimes in circles. Plotlines unresolved while new characters are created and new plotlines set off. In one of them (can't remember which one now) it ends with a strange postscript explaining that the reason that so many previously important characters did...

A Storm of Swords is by far the best installment of A Song of Ice and Fire so far. There is so much that happens in the second half of the book that it becomes extremely hard to put down. This book is AMAZING! So many 'OMG I don't believe that happened moments' that rip at your heart and sense of morality. Gratuitously cruel and senseless violence seems to be becoming all th...

I'm both loving and hating this series! The first two had wonderful characters and terrific villains however this book kills off so many people that it's hard to imagine who's left to populate book four other than wights, Others and Wildlings. I will continue this series just to see how Daenerys, T...
