I loved reading Garrett's story, especially after the events in the first book in the series. I loved both him and Kate, and even though I felt their romance was a bit rushed, it didn't seem to bother me as much as it normally would. I really should go back and reread the third book in the trilogy...
I won this book on GR and was glad I did. It's not normally a book that I would have picked up at the bookstore, but I enjoyed it. I tend to find historical romances boring, but A Touch of Scandal had enough surprises and twists to keep me guessing and turning the pages.
