This is one man's contemporary account of what he observed and experienced in Paris in 1814 following Napoleon Bonaparte's abdication. Furthermore, there is also contained herein a journal described as "kept by a gentleman in Paris of the daily events and rumours, that agitated the capital from June 15th to July 8th [1815], inclusive."
