Oh, for the love of G..!@#$%! I wanted to stab myself in the brain after reading this. I would give five stars for the shorts that are included in this volume, they are all quite well done; but unfortunately they came with this other nonsense. Probably what was the first issue showed some promise...

This version of Grant Morrison's Superman has its moments, and I thought it was leaps and bounds above All-Star Superman, which I basically loathed, but I felt like the coherency of the storytelling and my interest in same dropped sharply a few issues in. I really liked the side stories about Steel,...
Not a bad reboot for the franchise. Unlike most of the fanboys, the name of Grant Morrison gives me great trepidation. I don't believe him the golden child most fans think he is. Whether it's poor editing or just poor scripting, I had huge problems with Final Crisis and his work on Batman before the...
I had misgivings on this based on The Last Angry Geek's review of the first issue. I shouldn't have been so concerned. This is a really good start to the series, and I'm definitely going to read the next trade.

He can take a tired, worn out, overpowered character like Superman and remake him from the ground up, exactly as he was originally intended to be. This is a Superman who has faults, isn't omnipotent, and has a passion for soci...
Boring and tedius and unnecessarily confusing. Classic Grant Morrison. I'd say skip the main book and read the Sholly Fish back-up stories. They're the only reason this book is getting two stars instead of one. They've got more heart and charm in a few pages than this book does in its entirety.
Oh my god... What's happening to me.. I loved a Superman comic.
General Lane and Lex Luthor team up to capture the new super hero calling himself Superman. But is the deal Luthor has made with an alien intelligence worth the price?I know this is the comic book equivalent of blasphemy but I've never much cared for Superman. In fact, his death and/or replacement...
Superman and the Men of Steel is a fun and breezy adventure. The story may not be more powerful than a locomotive, but the action certainly moves faster than a speeding bullet!A man from another planet walks among us. He believes that truth should never be silenced. He believes that peace should be...
