Aftertime (Aftertime, #1) is a realistic Post-Zombie Apocalypse story that is about its survivors, not its zombies. The character-driven story is hard, gritty and totally believable – from its flawed characters, to its “Eww” moments of horror.
Once again...A zombie novel that focuses too much on the romance...The story was about a mom finding her daughter...But most of it centered on the mom and another hot stud accompanying her...:|
For some reason I'm just not enjoying this. It's very slow.
This book felt fragmented and distorted. Can't finish it, really. I may give it another try in some time, though.
