Al Jaffee, was one of many colorful contributors to Mad magazine in the 1960's and 1970's. This 60 cent pocketbook was published in 1970, and saw many more reprintings thereafter. As it is explained up-front, the many magic tricks revealed in this book will just not work, no codes of silence have been broken here, but that doesn't include the countless broken bones one might receive trying to duplicate any of this crazy stuff in real life!

Many wonderful cartoon sequences fill many of this book's pages, as do puzzles, riddles, dots of fun in addition to loads of wacky tricks. This is a fun book for the nine year old in all of us that remembers Mad back in it's days of glory. 192 pages of silly fun, you will find in the pages of this book.
I can recommend this wonderful book for young or old readers.
