Al Menconi has been in full-time ministry for more than thirty years helping parents and leaders understand, learn to connect with, and communicate biblical values to today's youth. Al also focuses on encouraging Christians to grow deeper in their faith through Christian music. Al has written hundreds of articles that have been published in scores of Christian newspapers and periodicals throughout America as well as several books including "But It Doesn't Affect Me" (2003), "RECONNECT: When Your Child is Connected to Everything But You" (2009), and "The Christian Music Challenge: Find Peace and Purpose in a Chaotic World" (2014). Menconi's mission in his life is to encourage Christians to become a catalyst for spiritual renewal in America by 2019. Al believes the best way to encourage spiritual renewal is to encourage believers to incorporate Isaiah 26:3 - which promises God's perfect peace when we keep our mind focus on Him - in their lives. Al believes the best way for believers to keep their focus on God and godly principles is by listening to and singing Christian music. When non-believers see Christians living at peace with God, they will want to know how they - the non-believer - could find that peace as well. Menconi believes this could be the beginning of spiritual renewal, the only hope for the survival of America.
