Funny, zany, inexplicable: Tank Girl is gleefully all of these at the same time. There's a general storyline, a lot of villainy, although her brand is playful and a bit self serving, rather than malicious. She has friends, a boyfriend, and it's about them getting along as best they can in a dyst...
