The present edition is a reprint of the 1886 Macmillan facsimile reproduction of Lewis Carroll’s 1864 „Alice” manuscript (which was then rewritten and expanded into “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”, first published in 1865). The 1886 edition does not include the half-title page and the portrait of Alice Liddell on the final page of the original notebook. Minor changes to the page order and layout have been made to reflect more closely the original manuscript.

I'm a sucker for Alice's adventures, I feel believing in impossible things is a good mantra for life in general. It was nice to revisit a childhood favourite and spend some time in wonderland, instead of the real world. 5/5 stars
