And the hero was a bit too perfect. But an enjoyable read, even for someone like me, who doesn't exactly dig NA ;-)

http://witandsin.blogspot.com/2014/06/review-all-of-you-by-christina-lee.html If I had to describe All of You in five words, I’d choose honest, emotional, sexy, gripping, and rewarding. Christina Lee’s first Between Breaths story is simply fantastic and I practically devoured it in one sitting, th...

I’m addicted to New Adult books so when I saw this come up for review, I was all about reading it. Avery Michaels is a nursing student who lives by herself and is pretty scarred from her mother’s colorful past with men. When I say she’s scarred, I mean she’s not a relationship type of person. Rela...

Whenever I pick up a New Adult book with an "intriguing" blurb... One of the recurring themes in this book was a high school game Avery and her friends devised where they answer a certain question with five words or less. And since I can’t even find a quote remotely interesting en...

It took be a bit to get into this non cliffhanger NA story. I liked Bennett (virgin/tattoo artist) instantly but took me a bit to digest Avery. I will read this author again.

Initial reaction: Not bad, but I'll admit I'm disappointed because while I could see the author was trying to approach different things, it never strayed from the New Adult formula and I found several things here to be problematic. Full review: I give credit to Christina Lee in the set up of the...

Christina Lee turns the tables when it comes to stereotypes in society. So what you read in the blurb is right. The guy in the story is the one who is a virgin, while the female character is the one who sticks to a no-strings casual hookup. Bennett is the relationship type, Avery is not. (That's the...

OH MY _____ (please insert whichever divine/mystical creature/being you believe in - Unicorns will do as well...) you know what, let me rephrase - OM MY FREAKING _____ and if we are on a religious context (a little) - NOT reading this Novel is simply a SIN! I read this book in one day, one day I ...

(Originally posted at Dear Author.) I’ve been slow to climb on the new adult train. I’ve read a few but I keep running into what I call the Trauma Wall. So much trauma. So many victimized characters. I get that angst is very popular in the genre right now, but I can only read that sort of thing in...
