Allen Watson (1940-) was born in Hackensack, NJ. A spiritual student most of his life, his early years were spent studying the Bible and leading discussion groups. He worked as a computer programmer, author, teacher, and system manager until 1993, when he joined Robert Perry in the formation of The Circle of Atonement Teaching and Healing Center in Sedona, Arizona, where he co-led a dozen workshops and retreats, and authored or co-authored, with Perry, a dozen or so books and booklets based on the teaching of "A Course in Miracles" until he retired in 2006. His books include "A Workbook Companion," "Seeing the Bible Differently," and "The Journey Home." Allen now resides in Portland, Oregon, and is currently working on a multi-volume commentary on the entire Text of "A Course in Miracles."Allen is Licensed Unity Teacher with Unity of Portland, and leads a weekly study group on ACIM at the church, as well as teaching classes on the Bible and metaphysics.
