I swear the main reason that this series is called "Fool's Gold" is because many of the women in this series seem to believe that the men they are interested in. despite them being particularly horrible to them, still seem to believe that this is love. I can honestly say I have never turned so fast o...

Boy this book was 10 times better than book one! I stayed up ALL night just to keep reading one more chapter. Love these types of books. I especially love that I couldn't exactly predict what would happen. Sure I knew it would be a HEA, but everything in between was definitely surprising. Think I've...

Irredeemable hero, anyone? I couldn't stand Ethan, and I'm not sure why I finished this book.

I am going to try to briefly review this but I am not sure I can without throwing things or drinking heavily or both. It is not badly written. Ms. Mallery puts words together well. Thus the 2.5 stars. It is simply enraging, at least to me. Perhaps the cat on my lap will help keep the violence to a...

It was OK. Seems to be getting better... will continue on with next couple of books and see how I feel. This might be one of those series that I settle in to and after it's over, look back and think, yeah, I liked it.

Also if you are uncomfortable with swear words.. it would be better if you didn't read this)I blame my need for reading a chic lit on Jenn Bennett. This is not what I was looking for. This was horrible.I wanna crawl into my bed and cry. It was tha...

This book had a bit more of a storyline and definitely more substance than the first book. In the first one it felt more like an introduction to the town and the fact that they have this "man shortage" which is a problem for all the ladies. We get more from Ethan and Liz as a couple than we did from ...

Almost perfect is the story of Liz and Ethan. I liked the book. I didnt love it like I did the first one. There were too many situations not addressed. Like the whole melissa and abby situation. I would of liked them being walked out on and stranded alone for 3 mnths by bettina addressed. maybe some...
