I had enjoyed the author's earlier works and decided to give this a try. It is well written, though a few chapters in you know easily where the story is headed.

Another great book by Emma Wildes. Funny, a part of me was a bit disappointed that Caroline didn't go through with sleeping with both of them because that would of been atypical but I did enjoy the duel love story. I especially enjoyed Annabel and Derek and wished more time had been spent on their r...
The Duke of Rothay and the Earl of Maderville--two men with reputations as rakes--make a drunken (and public) wager one night: Which one of the men is the better lover? Caroline has had a very bad history with marital relations an...
Just delightful.
I was intrigued by the plot of widow Caroline volunteering to rate who was the best lover between the Duke (Nicholas) and the Earl but the pace was way too slow for me … heavy description of every person, place, or event … even sex scenes dragged … I quit a third of the way through.
Ladies this is a good one!!
This one got better as it went on! Ended up really liking it.
