Way too many characters to remember and I felt like every time the plot got somewhat interesting it fell apart before it got better. The sex scenes were steamy as hell! This was a very interesting take on vampires as extraterrestrial beings. It actually reminds me of Herbert's Dune to a high degree. The plot is intriguing and definitely makes one want to read more. There are a few awkward transitions and dialogue, but overall entertaining.

I really wanted this to be good, I liked the premise of the vampires and hunters. She used her thesaurus too much and dropped the story into a confusing mess.
