Dr Andrew MacLennan is a facilitator, educator, researcher and leading expert on strategy execution. He conducted the largest study ever undertaken in the field and has worked with dozens of organizations helping them execute strategy. He is Managing Director of Strategy Execution Ltd and an educator at London Business School, Duke Corporate Education and Edinburgh Business School. Andrew has worked with numerous organisations in banking, insurance, asset management, FMCG, electronics, defence, engineering, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and government. He is typically engaged on long-term programmes to bring about strategic change. He also lectures at Edinburgh Business School, where he gained his PhD in strategy implementation. He has written two books and numerous articles on strategy execution and regularly speaks on the topic at conferences and other business events.
