I would have never read this ordinarily, but I ran out of audiobooks and joined the SYNC free audiobook program and this was the first one they sent me.Pretty crazy book!! The frequent repetition of facts bugged me. There were several laugh-out-loud moments in the book.
3.5 starsThis story. . . I have no idea what the heck was going on really haha. I guess it would be categorized as mature YA? It’s definitely teen characters, and I think it’s speaking to a teen audience. It’s not regular YA because has ample cussing and sex talk throughout as well as some drug u...
Cultivating The Next Generation of BrosI didn't think this would be the book for me but it was free on RivetedLit.com and gave it a shot. I was bored, couldn't write, and it didn't sound bad, just not my typical fare. Male protagonists are rare in my read list so I figured I could branch out and kil...
3.5 stars. This was a book that was hit and miss. Be warned, I won't be kind to characters, I might curse. Phew, well after 2 tries I finally got through this book. But boy was I disappointed it took me so long to get through it in the end. I was really looking forward to this book, even re-readin...

Not only smart, he is a great friend. Throughout this book, his unfailing loyalty for friendship is tested, time and time again. Since hi...

I received this book for free through Goodreads First Reads. As far as sequels go, this book was fantastic! I was really surprised that I enjoyed this book as much as I did. Winger is still better, however Stand-Off was a great follow up. As in life, tragedy doesn't slow things down for Ryan Dean. S...
“Joey told me nothing ever goes back exactly the way it was, that things expand and contract — like breathing, but you could never fill your lungs up with the same air twice.”This book was wonderful. The characters were complex and realistic, and I've got a huge soft spot for rough, rowdy boys and b...
