Andy Holligan was born in 1966 in Scotland, Great Britain. He has been involved in multi level marketing since 1995 The sales and training books have changed his life. Back in 1995 he had given up hope of his life ever improving and thought he would be stuck in a rut forever -until he discovered the power of the written word! If someone had told him back in 1995 that books could change your life, he would have laughed at them. Not any more. Hence the reason he has written "You Are The Problem, You Are The Solution" which is based not on 'classroom theory', but on his own 'experience' over the past years. Through this book, he gives people a definite and clear cut guide of 'what to do' in terms of creating new habits. If we like it or not, habits control our lives. He said, "you create your habits, then habits create you". The good news is that there is nothing in your past that needs to have any control over your future- unless you let it. But it all starts with a conscious decision to change your habits. If you don't change your inner world, then you're not going to see much change in your physical world- that's just the way it is. Its the law of 'cause and effect' in action. Your thinking (or habits) is the cause, and your life is the effect. Change one, and you automatically change the other. Andy Holligan has attended many seminars, read hundreds of books and showed many presentations since joining MLM. During this time, he said, you are also facing your fears, such as fear of rejection, fear of public speaking, fear of failure, fear of what people think etc. etc. But it has, still is, and always will be beneficial to our own personal development. Infact, he says it is essential because there's no gain without pain. The more uncomfortable-the more we are going to grow. He says he will never ever miss reading 15 minutes a day for the rest of his life. The real secret is not how much you read at a time, but how often. Most people miss this point. It has to be daily because if you don't, your thinking will drift back to negative on the days in between. Andy Holligan has a second book coming out in the fall of 2015, called 'The A-Z of Success'.
