Andy is widely recognized as one of the world's leading authorities on organizational performance measurement and management. In addition to being partner at CPP, he is Director of the Cambridge Service Alliance at the University of Cambridge, a collaborative research programme involving BAE Systems, Caterpillar, IBM and Pearson.Previously he held appointments at Cranfield School of Management, London Business School, Nottingham University and British Aerospace. He was elected a Fellow of the Sunningdale Institute in 2005, a Fellow of the British Academy of Management in 2007 and an academician of the Academy of Social Sciences in 2008.Andy has won numerous awards for his research and chairs the Performance Measurement Association, an international network of over 1,000 academics and practitioners interested in the performance measurement and management.
