Liked it. Wasn't really GREAT, but it was nice reading material. Bit predictable at some times and the main person was a bit annoying at some times. Want to read the sequel, but it's not that I can't wait for it.

Initial reactions: Not bad, but definitely not the best angel book I've had the pleasure of reading. I think there are certain moments where the book shines with the chemistry and interaction of the characters, as well as the imagery. However, there are quite many awkward pop culture references a...

Angel Eyes, I have to say that the title threw me off guard. Not in the way that you think. At first, and before reading it, I thought that it had been about Halflings. That maybe the main character Brielle is a Halfling. I’m going to bring up the fact that this has nothing do with having literal an...

First, let's talk about how gorgeous this cover is. I love everything about it, including the halo the girl is holding in her hands. I can be very picky when it comes to books about angels and demons, so when I started reading Angel Eyes I had very high expectations. I was not disappointed but I can...

Well, this book definitely added some variety to my paranormal reads. Recently, having read series such as Hush, Hush, Halo, and Fallen, I have essentially avoided most books dealing with angels like the plague. Angel Eyes has restored some of my faith in angel-demon paranormal books. The story is r...

You can read all of my reviews at Alluring Reads.I have had some great luck with angel books. I know a lot of people tend to shy away from them because they haven't been so lucky, but when I was asked to join the Angel Eyes blog tour, I didn't even hesitate. Now, I'm not religious, I won't go into...

Angel books are not a rarity nowadays. I have read my share and even though this one didn't absolutely wow me, I enjoyed it for the most part. It starts to feel long, plot-wise, after a bit, but the characters are engaging and the angel lore is enticing. My immediate thought was that this was going t...

Brielle comes back to her home town after the death of her best friend. She's having a hard time dealing with life, because she doesn't understand why someone like her friend was taken so soon. I really liked Brielle as a character, she was just a girl trying to deal with her pain and guilt about wh...
