I've said it before and I'll proudly say it again, 'Sometimes predictable & pleasurable in a books is not a bad thing.' We just met Darin Poole another of the men that were abducted from Earth. He's been traded around and ends up in an planet polar opposite of Earth.

text Start of Bear Clan

This is a case of me being in the mood for some 'brain bleach' after a few heavy reads. This is nowhere the quality of McLeod's SOLD! series but it was fun and if the sequels are not too expensive I'll read them. This is the beginning of a clan of bears. Ludicrous Cover.

Good-Googa-Mooga this was fun! This series is perfect brain candy when you've been reading deep, heavy books. Again I have to say McLeod creates wonderful new worlds. Fun is Good!

Well... I don't know. It made me wonder if the author has parents, or rather anybody she would miss if suddenly taken away from them?
