I've said it before and I'll proudly say it again, 'Sometimes predictable & pleasurable in a books is not a bad thing.' We just met Darin Poole another of the men that were abducted from Earth. He's been traded around and ends up in an planet polar opposite of Earth.
This is a case of me being in the mood for some 'brain bleach' after a few heavy reads. This is nowhere the quality of McLeod's SOLD! series but it was fun and if the sequels are not too expensive I'll read them. This is the beginning of a clan of bears. Ludicrous Cover.
Good-Googa-Mooga this was fun! This series is perfect brain candy when you've been reading deep, heavy books. Again I have to say McLeod creates wonderful new worlds. Fun is Good!
A short, sexy sci-fi story about the relationship between a fierce Krase warrior and a rescued human slave. The writing was a bit simplistic but imaginative and endearing. Recommended

Well... I don't know. It made me wonder if the author has parents, or rather anybody she would miss if suddenly taken away from them? This started out pretty good and then just went downhill. I'm giving it two stars mostly for the beginning and because I've adored Billy since the beginning of the series and really enjoyed Cody, especially in the first few chapters. About midway through though this book came dangerously close to ...
I wasn't really a fan of the new twist introduced into the storyline with this book. I was really into it in the beginning and then towards the middle there was this really confusing and (imo) unnecessary addition to the lore that just muddied the waters. I feel like Nate and Jake had enough built...
I feel like the series got back on track with this book. It was pretty much all about Micah and Dillon and while there were things that moved the overall plot along, it mostly a character driven story without the confusion of the added "twist" of the previous two books. I really enjoyed it and I f...
This was by far the most uncomfortable/discomforting M/M shifter book I'd ever read.It read like bestiality. It had the most non-erotic sex ever, and I don't normally like reading deeping into the sex scenes in books cuz they're boring. This turned me off in the wrong way. This squicked me out. There...
