Hi there,this is a little bit about myself. I am married to Denis and we have 4 children. two married with families of their own and the youngest due to marry next year and they already have a little girl. That is five grandchildren altogether so it is a bit manic, very noisy and great fun when we all get together. And why exactly do I write? Because I must. Stories tumble into my head and they demand too be written down. I don't want to win prizes or competitions, but what I do want is write books ordinary people want to read. I strive to weave readers into the story so that the images I see in my head are transferred into words on the page so that a similar picture is in the mind of the reader. Do I succeed? Only you can say. But how awesome is it if I can, because that is real communication between writer and reader. Please feel free to comment on anything I have said here or anything else that springs to mind. I love to head from readers. I also write a quarterly newsletter about the sort of things I get up too.
