I was excited about this book, based on the cover and the back blurb which seemed to promise a different take on the sideshow story we normally see. But... eh, what we got was an unchallenging and needlessly easy book which left me feeling like the actual story had never really started. Abel Dandy...

I honestly don't know what to say here besides this book is all kinds of messed up. This book had neither a great plot or great writing in my opinion. We also have a main character that has an issue with boundaries, stalking, and defends her pack that went around and murdered two humans. The main cha...

For me, urban fantasy is fantasy set in, duh, urban areas, in cities. Frequently the location is as much a character as it a setting. The stories are infused with hints of faerie and myth, both European and Native American, and when you finish reading, you can almost glimpse the fantastical out of t...

Vivian Gandillon relishes the change, the sweet, fierce ache that carries her from girl to wolf. At sixteen, she is beautiful and strong, and all the young wolves are on her tail. How can she ever have a normal life? It took me a little bit to get into this. It sort of moved slow a...

Every so often a book comes along that I like well enough to read from beginning to end without stopping. Rarer is the book I bother to reread. There is only one book that I have read cover to cover without stop only to turn around and read it again making it so that I literally read it twice in a s...
