Arcadia Falls was a pretty good read. It had most of the things that I have come to expect when reading a Carol Goodman novel. She seriously knows how to set a scene. This book was not action packed by any means, but the writing was beautiful and haunting and it made you feel like you were right in ...

Downloaded the Free First Chapter from Audible. Not totally hooked, but might be worth picking up if it fits for a challenge.

Wondeful read. Just when you think you know where the author is leading you the story begins to twist and turn.

(As it's my first Goodman novel, I can't attest to the predictability of the plot or characters.) My only complaint is Goodma...

I got this as an advanced copy back in 2009 and took a chance on reading it. I liked it. I'd never read anything from this author and was pleasantly surprised by how good the story and writing were. I would recommend this book and will probably read other books by Goodman.
