A cute little novella detailing some of Valek's behind the scene work protecting Yelena. The writing wasn't as great as Poison Study. It was nice and short, and very concise, with an easily solvable plot.

Oh, Valek! Such an honorable guy. :) Ziva's pretty cool, too.

I don't find Valek nearly so interesting as Ari and Janco. He's too cool, to level headed and much to perfect. And I hate the way he devotes himself to the Commander. But, annoyances against Valek aside, it was a mildly interesting short story.
