This is a re-read. I read this first shortly after the Ang Lee film came out.
I loved this book. I was appropriately disappointed in Willoughby and Edward as these two sisters move about the world, trying to gain their affections--Marianne quite openly while her sister, Elinor, more reserved.
I think this needs to come back on my to-read list, as I have read a lot more about Jane Austen now, I might actually appreciate the story more as well.
Favorite Jane Austen book, hands-down. It brings together not one, but two heart-wrenching romances, and her biting wit and views on Regency society.
