Something was off with this book. Can't quite put my finger on it. It was cute but somehow the flow or cadence wasn't right. On paper, the H/h were likable but I didn't really feel it. That grandmother was supposed to be (I guess) kind of free-thinking? but the way she was sacrificing her grand daug...

This was just such a fun book to read! I just love Sebastian! It all started of course in the previous book and escalated like crazy in this one. I was caught by surprise by Sebastian's secret , it was bloody brilliant. I got to say of the 3 books this one was by far my favourite one.

4.5 starsMy favorite of the Bevelstoke series, though it really wasn't about any of the Bevelstokes. Sebastian is a wonderful man, a happy, fun, playful rake who also happens to be kind and intensely private. He meets Annabelle, and forms an instant and unknown attraction, not realizing that his l...

LOVED this book! A few so-so moments, but most of the book is sparkling with witty dialogues, both inner and spoken, and the kind of characters and story that only Ms. Quinn can provide.I marvel at how Ms. Quinn is able to create so many new and unique heroines within the romance-formula. While some...

I must be out of the JQ “loop”, because I didn’t enjoy this one as much as some of the Bridgertons series. It simply didn’t pull me in. The story worked too hard at being funny so at times it turned silly, and that “humor” clashed too heavily with the dramatic parts of the plot. The two counterparts...

My thoughts: I will try to make it short again. For some reason I did not like this as much as book 1. Book 2 I did like, though not the last 100 pages. In this one it was the other way around in a way. I did enjoy the book and it was cute. But I just felt that it picked up more at the end. Annabel...

I don't know why, but I just couldn't focus on this book. I started reading it back in April but never got past the 2nd chapter before I'd set it down again. Yesterday I finally decided to push through and I'm glad I did. It was a cute book.I liked how open and honest Sebastian and Annabell were wit...

This was such a sweet story, that is was a candy I ask in my best Oliver Twist voice “May I have some more?” I didn’t want this book to end! Sebastian Grey, Sebastian Grey. I adored Sebastian Grey whom stole the show in What Happens in London, and to say I was eagerly awaiting his book would be ...
