Ayn Carrillo Gailey currently lives in Los Angeles where she first made fun of herself (sadly, this is very easy to do) in "Sex y LA," a popular relationship column for Ciudad magazine that earned her critical acclaim from The LA Times. She is also the author of Pornology: AKA A Good Girl's Guide to Porn (Running Press/Random House) which is currently available in the U.S., UK, Germany, Taiwan, Macao, India, and China.In addition to her work being highlighted in Latina, Cosmo, and Elle, Ayn's scripts have been sold or produced by 20th Century Fox, 19 Entertainment, & Showtime. She has also been a guest on tv talk shows, was a featured author at The LA Times Festival of Books, and has appeared on KPFK radio, Maxim radio, PlayBoy Sirius Radio, and NBC Raw News.When Ayn is not writing books or articles, she relishes being an editor-in-chief who uses words and story to power ideas, scripts, and brands. Ayn holds multiple degrees from UCLA & Harvard University. She is represented on film and TV rights by manager Amy Schiffman at Intellectual Property Group, and by book agent Kate Garrick of De Fiore & Company on U.S. rights, and Whitney Lee of the Fielding Agency on foreign rights.
