Another fantastic creation of one of my favorite authors. This book is just as fun for kids as it is for adults, and it's REALLY fun for adults. Learn the history of beer, meet the beer fairy, and have a book on the shelf that you won't mind reading to your kids hundreds of times.

I tip my glass of beer to Robbins for this one. Remember in the movie Billy Madison he sees the penguin, Well Gracie sees the beer fairy who teaches her a lesson for drinking at the age of five. A children's story for adults with a happily ever after ending

Fun, but I'm pretty sure I would never read this to a child; regardless of Robbin's cautions of beer, the presence of a "beer fairy" is way too tantalizing. It is a nice, short read, full of the makings and magic of beer.
