I am always telling stories in my head. Some of them I have managed to capture and put in writing. The story for the Mountainair Kindergarten is one of my favorites. Aside from writing, I am so pleased to be working with my husband publishing books. I can count on him to make the finished work the very best it can be. Whether it is restoring old photos or editing a sentence he will make it right. I have discovered that I have a talent for indexing and that I enjoy it. Sometimes it's tedious and frustrating. Mostly it is like being a detective and sleuthing out words, themes, relationships and bits of information that help the reader find an elusive concept or perhaps make the reader laugh out loud. Writing, editing, indexing, reading and publishing are limitless. What a joy to have these skills. Many times I have thought that I was a scribe in ancient times. Perhaps I can capture that story and write it down for you.
