This is an outtake from the Kiss the Dead book and should really have been a freebie IMO. But it is not, but it is short sexy and well written typical Laurell K Hamilton. It is nothing you have not read before from her, but if you are an Anita fan it is some nice sexy “bedroom” action.
So this is just a SS and it was only slightly better than 1star. It wasn't anything i haven't read before. Nothing new in it and it even followed the same kind of words and happenings as LKH's prior books. Too predictable. Sometimes that works, other times it falls flat which was what happened here.

Just a little short story. Basically porn, but that doesn't surprise me at all. Also not surprised that it was Jean-Claude, Antia and Asher, although I was surprised that she gave up control. She's a top, after all. But, then, so are they.
Steamy short story w/ Anita, JC, and Asher. Fits in after Hit List and before Kiss the Dead. It's nice to see JC again after what feels like a long absence. Oh, and there is that return of the nefarious bathtub :)
I agree with a lot of other readers. I paid for this? It's a sex scene that didn't make the cut for the book. Very short de ja vu of JC, Anita and Asher in the big tub. 33 epages of the 3 engaging in a menage... Still get "hey im not pretty..." "can't belive these guys love me..." Just a little disappointed. Hey but we get a sneak peek of th next book.
