RTC. Cause that was a binge read and it’s bedtime. The review hasn't written itself, but I did so appreciate the conversation and intimacy built between these characters. I HATE mistaken or hidden identity plots, but this one did work for me. The hero makes a mistake and is punished in a singular fas...

Wonderful love story. I liked the lessons both the hero and heroine learn; never judge a book by it's cover and never listen to gossip, there's always 2 sides to the story. Christian and Venetia are multidimensional characters with lots of layers. I liked Christian's step-mom and Venetia's family...

I feel like I am the only one in the world who didn't like this book. From the get go it lost my interest. Here in list form (since phone typing is hurting me ) is why: - too much telling me of things in the beginning. I felt like this book was almost action less because of how much info I was be...

Really like Sherry Thomas' writing style. The plot was a wee bit ridiculous, but hey - it is what it is for this genre. Heh.

It's official. As long as it's done right, historical romance is for me!I loved this book.I doubt there's anything truly groundbreaking to the story, and even a bit of the cliché but the storytelling is so fun and the characters extremely lovable even when you're yelling at them: "WHAT ARE YOU DOING...
Title and Statement of Responsibility
I enjoyed this very much, although I probably would have done better to have read it *before* the sequel. I like that this is a trilogy about the three siblings and not open-ended.

It's always a treat to read a book by Sherry Thomas - she never writes down to some imaginary "average romance reader" level which with some authors appears to be about Grade 6. The characters and story in this book are great - both the hero and heroine are so flawed and fallible, yet completely lov...
