How did I miss this one?I read in chronological order and I miss this one! This is mindnumbing. (pant, pant) I'm okay now. I'm all caught up and I loved this one. (of course) Sly Yost, a virtuoso of music and murder is a yummy bad guy and everyone else is out to catch his evil butt! Yahoo!

While I enjoyed this mystery, nothing much happened between Eve and Roarke, expect that Eve was the logical one in this book, but thats expected at some point. Still I'm not bored yet.

I love Dallas and Roarke. In this tale a maid is murdered at one of Roarke's hotels. Then an editor at one of his publishing houses is murdered. Their only link is Roarke. Eve figures Roarke is the target but he won't agree to her plan to keep him safe. An old friend from Ireland, believed to be dea...

Another solid book in the series. More Roarke back story and more of Peabody. Nit enough Mira or Mavis. Lack of knowledge of UK geography annoyed me

This investigation was so horrifying, because a man can simply walk to a person and kill for money. After Eve started the investigation and we discovered his family is so messed up it was really strange seeing how much the human nature can be disturbed. We have a friend of Roarke showing up in a ver...

Another good one, but lacking in any moments of levity to break the tension. Even the ever hilarious and good-for-a-laugh Peabody was subdued in this one, no thanks to MacNab being a total wolly. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't as much fun as others have been. There's an assassin on the move in Eve's New...

Posted on Under the CoversA trained killer is on the loose. He is attacking people who work for Roarke and has been having his merry way with them. He beats then, rapes them and then finishes them off with his trademark weapon, a silver piece of wire. This guy is a slick criminal, both intelligent a...
