I like the story. What I didn't like? The obnoxious love polygon and the fact that I saw all the major twists coming from a book away while the main character was so surprised even when she had thought about it herself beforehand. I'll be continuing this series I'm just hoping these things get be...
'Sight of the catHearing of the dolphin Speed of the snakeMystery of the Phoenix In Nyx's name we call to theeAnd ask that with us you will blessed be!' In the previous book, Zoey had been newly marked as a fledging vampyre and as she finds herself she knows that she has the helping hand of the godd...
This is book 2 in the series, and picks up where the first one ended.Zoey has settled down at her new school and is coming to terms with her new powers. But not everything is as it seems, and there is danger lurking around the corner. Then a teenage boy (human) disappears and is later found dead, ap...
The story is reasonable. There was too much whining about the love life of Zoey. Some characters in this book are nice but zoey isn't one of them. I really don't like her. She's very shallow and judgmental.
I did enjoy this one more than book one. The writing isn't the best and there are some stereotypical wordings in these books that I'm not fond of. But I like the humor and it's one of those guilty pleasures. It's obvious why teens may like this supernatural vampire series. Filled with romance, vampi...
A wonderful sequel to Marked. I really enjoyed this book, even though I saw that ending coming. I thought that Zoey was a little bit out of control in this book. She was bossy and took advantage of her friends, while underestimating them, and the corny language continues, but other than that it was ...
To see the full drinking game click here I think my local library hates me. There are some books I've been waiting for months to get my hands on and then there's others like P.C. and Kristin Cast's Betrayed that come into my box almost instantaneously-oh, the humanity. The good thing though is that ...
I'm really getting into this series. I totally love the story line. All the things about vampyres fledglings, and what not are interesting. And the story's getting real exciting.
I bawled my way through the end of this book. I think I even fist-pumped at one point.Again, a second read of this book makes me like it more, so I've upped the score from 3 to 4.
