I can't actually put my finger on what it is that made me feel ehh about this book. It's not badly written. Took me 3 days to read this. (Yes that is a long time for me, I usually read a book every 24 hours.) I kept stopping and going I need to finish it. It was just a slow read for me.
4.5 starsI stupidly started reading this before bed. I thought I'd read a few chapters and then sleep. It didn't work that way, as I ended up staying up way too late to finish it. It had a few odd moments here and there, temporarily pulling me out of the story to feel disappointed that such an other...
3.5* It was set in Toronto - my hometown!! Woot Woot!! It was awesome to read the street names and know exactly where that is. I seriously want to go find to Atlantis Ink and have Gabe tat me up. Seriously. So, Jake, a retired soldier suffering from some serious PTSD, wants a tattoo and he goes int...

He fell for Jake, even with all the cautioning by his somewhat nosy friend/boss, Rob, and really just wanted Jake...
3.5 starsI needed to sleep on it because I wasn't able to immediately decided on the rating. There were things I loved as well as few niggles, which were already captured by some of the reviews here. But I tried to explain mine and how I ended up with 3.5 stars...What could've made it a 4-star book ...
