Very beautifully written but could be a bit predictable if you're familiar with these kind of stories.

Angela Carter's prose is mesmerising... an absolute pleasure to read. She straddles the dreamworld between myth and reality, and her writing matches her imagination. My favorites were "The Fall River Axe Murders" and "Peter and the Wolf".Doesn't touch or come close to"The Bloody Chamber", but worth reading.
