This was my least favorite Blanche White novel so far. There were far too many characters and subplots. Also, it was just so depressing. One bad thing happening after another. But she does talk about food a lot, which I always enjoy. And I still like Blanche, she is a solid character.
trying to add to my New England reads, I wasn't impressed, give me Easy Rawlins any day
I could really go for some time with Blanche right now.
