I loved this book. It is a totally different world than we are used to reading, and while I found the twin aspect (one having to be given up) a little confusing/heartbreaking at times, it rounded out the story. Looking forward to the next one.
This is definitely one of my favorite vampire books. I got chills, I cried, and I laughed.
Vamp fic that has a lot of dark and exciting moments. Some scenes are over the top and not quite believable but, hey, it is sci-fi after all. If you like stories where a strong, sexy creature of the night forces you to be his mate, well, welcome aboard!
