I can't stress enough how much I do not care for neither characters nor the writing. DNF-ing at 65%. 1 star for the part I read The poor thing is tripping all over itself. I don't mean any of the MC's, I mean the book itself: the writing, the plot., the ...uh, grammar.RS & AK, Leo Tolstoy you are ...
2,5 stars for the first one. I liked the first installment. Jed was a good main character, snarky and strong, but with some flaws and quirks. Red is too good to be true, sweet boyfriend, a little chick-with-dick-ish, but overall ok. There was no real plot, but the budding LUUUUUUVE kept you on board...
I loved this. I loved the characters, the plot, the action and suspense, the sexual tension and the sex too... (both were hot). I loved that a big guy likes to be dominated during sex, even by a much smaller guy. That is so rare. There was some instalove but it was necessary to the telling of the sto...

The story's so-so, but I found the characters weirdly endearing... I even rather liked David at times, even if I did ultimately dislike how he treated that other prof' dude...But mainly, it's nicely written and I'd be willing to read the sequel if it exists.

When a job goes in an unexpected direction, he has no idea how much his world is about to change... If a few more questions had been answered by the end of the book, this could hav...
3.5 starsI would have liked to see some growth in Redford after meeting Jed but their relationship is new and they've only just met. Overall it was a good read and easily finished in one seating.

Let's start with something good – Jed and Redford. The authors wrote two very strong characters and made them almost compl...
This book felt... uneven. Like it couldn't make up its mind about whether it wanted to be emotionally gripping or funny. A lot like Jed, who can't make up his mind about whether he is a angry loner badass or a (pretty lame) comedian. Maybe if I had found him funny it wouldn't have been as bad. As it...
