Blood and Thunder takes place approximately eight months after Hell & High Water. Dex is now firmly entrenched within Destructive Delta and is continuing his relationship with Sloane, although he does want more than what Sloane is prepared to give. He is patient though, and doesn't push things, espe...

Yup, I'm sold on this series. I love the slow development of Dexter and Sloane. The entire THIRDS Team Destructive Delta squad is front and present. There some seriously funny moments when Dex is at his silliest. I was happy we were given more shifter time and more of the history of the THIRDS. Coch...

I liked this book much better than the first one. Dex is still a brat, though in this book he seems a bit more believable as a character. His and Sloane's relationship is developing nicely, and this time around I actually want to read the sequel :)

This book is a little more serious about the relationship between Dex and Sloane. We also figure out more about Sloane's mysterious past and get some insider scoop to Ash & Cael and Calvin & Hobbs. Feelings are getting more involved. At the same time the mad man is plaguing the city. During all ...

I liked this 2nd book of the Thirds series but, wish the plot was as good as the first book. I love Dex's attitude and sarcasm, oh and his music! Love the series and can't wait for book 3 to come out in AUDIO.

“Please, don’t say it,” Dex groaned at his dad. “We’ve got a big problem.” “I told you not to say it. One day. Would it be too much to ask for the nut jobs to take one fucking day off?” “Crazy doesn’t take vacation, son..." There are a lot of good conversations in this book but this is one of ...
