This book was so great until the last 100 pages. The ending disappointed me so much. Calla did not end up with who I wanted her to end up with and how the final battle ended was just stupid. I still love all the characters in this trilogy but it was a very disappointing conclusion.

I was a little reluctant to read Bloodrose since I really enjoyed Nightshade, but Wolfsbane crushed a little of that amazement I had with the first book. Overall this entire series was about a 3 for me. The biggest complaint I have is that although the underlying story was great, the books continued to make the main focus the love triangle. I finished Bloodrose by @andreacremer Wow what an emotional rollercoaster. It couldn't have ended more beautifully. I can't wait to see what else she writes.
