Earlier this year, a few friends of mine and I were having a spirited (yet hilarious) discussion about a particular author and her books. I will admit I was extremely critical of the author, the series, and anyone who thought the series was great, awesome, was in love with it… blah, blah, blah. Need...

I enjoyed this book for the most part. Some of the parts were a bit boring and that would be why I rated this book a 4 and not a 5. I will be continuing on with this series to find out what happens between the Blue Bloods and the Silver Bloods. Onto book 2.

Blue Bloods is superficial, vapid and substanceless, with an oddly paced plot that I don't think actually went anywhere. I didn't love this as much as I did when I was 15 but I have to admit it's a pretty decent guilty pleasure - in the same way as reading gossip magazines at the hairdressers is we...

This book took me forever to finish it. I started and finished a couple other books while reading this one. I found a few similarities between this book and City of Bones by Cassandra Clare. And that's not good. Both Schuyler and Clary went to a club in New York when they were 15 with their best fri...

rating: 3.5 stars Wow. What to say about Blue Bloods...I'll make this brief because I don't feel a long review is in order for this book. Basically we get a beautifully rendered story about the elite group of New Yorkers who are Blue Bloods. Generation after generation they exist and help found (and...
