Loved all of it, especially the sections on skin care and attitudes about aging. Also helped me to realize that I need to be more than a one-trick pony when it comes to exercise. This is a book to come back to over and over for refreshers and encouragement.
I had a major birthday this year and hate to look in the mirror.
