A really nice selection of grill recipes for all of the meat families, including some game. There were only a small number that I wouldn't make or that didn't tickle my fancy. Flay delves into what/how makes grilling successful. If it wasn't a Food Network cookbook, I would have purchased it.
My first introduction to Bobby Flay, but not interested in his recipes.
