As the series progresses, the books are getting better and I love Vic & Jacob more and more. This installment finds them at Thanksgiving dinner with Jacob's family. Vic is feeling out of place, and he has a hard time being sober, while uncle Leon's missing arm is bleeding all over the table, and J...

This series is really drawing me in. I haven't read anything quite like it. It has hot gay sex, law enforcement men trying to solve mysteries, paranormal happenings, special abilities, and I just really like the tone also. There are major things going on— ghosts, deaths, etc., and he's just alway...

3.5 Stars This next chapter following lovable, slightly socially challenged Victor Bayne, sees him adjusting to his new work partner as they investigate a trio of missing persons. On a personal front, he's in a more established relationship with boyfriend and fellow cop Jacob Marks, and I loved rea...

I've been on the fence about this series but this has tipped me over into wanting to read it all. For whatever reason, I just really connected with Victor. Jacob has always been hot, but I'm enjoying the tenderness between them. The mystery was a bit fluffier than in the previous book. That was ok, ...

This was an interesting installment of the PsyCop series. I am way more character driven than story driven so this one pleased me so much more. I can see the growth of Vic which allows his relationship to Jacob to develop. The last time around I complained Vic was a wimp and yippee he and the ghosts...

Loved this from start to finish, just fantastic. Vic spending Thanksgiving with Jacobs family was excellent. Uncle Leon's appearance was pretty special and even though I did feel for Vic I found the whole encounter pretty hysterical. Things are really ticking along for Vic and Jacob and lots of exci...

I'm really enjoying these books. The overall story is good. I'm slightly frustrated with what feels like only bits and pieces of Vic's life story. Even though it's told from first person POV, he's not giving us much on his childhood or time at Camp Hell. I hope this is because he's building up to de...

Just a short review. In a hurry to read book 4.... Another great story of my favourite PsyCop! I just cannot seem to get enough of this series.Vic has gotten himself another partner (Zig), this one actually not so bad. They do some investigating, Vic is hilarious as always and the romance between V...

4.5 hot and hunky-dory stars.****Review completed January 6, 2014This is a little sample of my favorite part of Body and Soul...I stared at that electrical outlet and focused outside myself, so Jacob had time to give me the reach-around. Clock. Microwave. Coffee maker. Coffee grinder. What if one of ...

LOVE! Where's Carolyn? I want to see her in action! Gotta say, I was cracking up at the "whiner". Jacob and Vic were great together. Why didn't Vic tell Jacob what he was doing with Crash though? Seemed kind of weird that he wouldn't mention it.
