Engaging but fairly predictable, the characters were interesting but the plot felt a bit lacking for me, I didn't really feel like I got to know the characters outside their wacky hi-jinks and having to escape firey death at every turn, at the same time it was an engaging read and kept me wanting to...
Armand is an extremely unlucky immortal. To date, all three of the women he has married have been killed. It's pretty difficult for an immortal to die but given a lack of suspects, Armand isn't sure if the deaths were accidents or murders. Armand's son Nicholas is under council arrest and the only ...
These books are usually 4 or 5 stars for me but not this one. I just didn't connect with either Armand or Eshe. Sure they were lifemates but there was zero romance. They meet and instantly they are having sex it just seemed ridiculous especially since Eshe is there only because Armand is suspected ...

Although I don't see how the h/h would be able to fall in love with eachother, they weren't as annoyingle alike as the others.
