Engaging but fairly predictable, the characters were interesting but the plot felt a bit lacking for me, I didn't really feel like I got to know the characters outside their wacky hi-jinks and having to escape firey death at every turn, at the same time it was an engaging read and kept me wanting to...

Armand is an extremely unlucky immortal. To date, all three of the women he has married have been killed. It's pretty difficult for an immortal to die but given a lack of suspects, Armand isn't sure if the deaths were accidents or murders. Armand's son Nicholas is under council arrest and the only ...

These books are usually 4 or 5 stars for me but not this one. I just didn't connect with either Armand or Eshe. Sure they were lifemates but there was zero romance. So Eshe goes t...

Loved it! Eshe and Armand are so awesome together and it is sooo good to find the end of a mystery.

Although I don't see how the h/h would be able to fall in love with eachother, they weren't as annoyingle alike as the others. Even if only for the reason that both of them have had lifemates and were vampires for a long time already. Still the Argeneau novels become more and more unbelievable – The...

I still love this series but this book was not one of my favorites. OK, so it's a romance which means there's no real suspense as to whether or not the leads will get together. Of course they will. But in most romances there is still some suspense of how and when. That's the fun of reading them....

Good but... why do these guys never read minds of anyone? Seriously, the bad guy lives under your nose, has murdered 3 wives for you, and a daughter-in-law, yet it never occurs to you that the person out to get you is nearby?
