This was so good, and in no way should the time I took reading it reflect anything. It was incredibly engaging and in many way less heavy than other MD I’ve read. It’s not her best, certainly, but it’s very easily still a five star book. Lydia and James start out with an antagonistic relationship bu...
Daughter of archeologist heroine is trying to prove to the popular Earl's son Hero that the fake Egyptian artifact he bought from 1 of her father's shipment was not intentional on her father's part. She thinks that someone else involved with her father is to blame. Hero believes she's in denial & tr...
I couldn't get into this historical romance. It had so many superfluous details that I started skimming but still the action was rather trivial and boring. I gave up around a third of the way in. Viscount Sanburne interrupts Lydia's lecture to show what he thinks is an important artifact.

This is the first book that I read for the DIK Reading Challenge that the lovely ladies over at the DIK blog is running. I chose this book from Carolyn Jean's list and I have got to say that I really enjoyed this book.I don't really know what I was expecting when I started this book but I heard a lo...
