Brad Wolfe is a multifaceted creator, working as a writer/editor, musician, and entrepreneur. Wolfe graduated with an MA in sociology from Stanford University and with an MBA from UC Berkeley. He co-created Breakfast on Mars and 37 Other Delectable Essays to help inspire young people toward a love of essay-writing. His folk-rock band, Brad Wolfe and the Moon, has headlined some of the west coast's premier music venues. Named after Wolfe's song, "Sara's Got A Sunbeam," Brad is also the co-founder of the Sunbeam Foundation, fighting rare pediatric cancers in memory of his close friend, Sara, who passed away from Ewing's Sarcoma at 21 years of age. The organization has provided pivotal seed-funding for groundbreaking cancer research across the United States. Wolfe also co-founded Backlight.org, a website to promote creativity and meaning online, as well as Hungry for Obama, a unique fundraising platform that caught the eye of the Obama Campaign and has served as a model for other organizations.
